The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed upon separately in a written service agreement or statement of work.

3. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our contact forms or communications channels.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on earlyship.io — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Earlyship or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Research reports and deliverables produced under a client engagement are owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Earlyship retains rights to its proprietary methodologies, tools, and infrastructure used to produce deliverables.

5. Data and API Usage

Our market intelligence services may use data obtained through third-party APIs, including the Google Ads API, to generate aggregated market insights. We use such data strictly in accordance with the terms of service of each respective API provider. We do not resell, redistribute, or store raw API data beyond what is necessary to deliver client deliverables.

Clients may not use our research deliverables to reverse-engineer proprietary third-party data or in any way that violates the terms of the underlying data providers.

6. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is". We make no warranty that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that research deliverables will be free from inaccuracies.

Market intelligence and strategic advice we provide are based on publicly available data and our professional judgement. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on our research.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Earlyship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
