Earlyship ("we", "us", or "our") operates earlyship.io and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website or engage our consulting and research services. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We are based in Stockholm, Sweden and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection law.

We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information — name, email address, company name, and message content submitted via our contact form.
- Usage data — pages visited, time spent on pages, browser type, device type, and referring URL, collected via standard server logs and analytics tools.
- Communication records — emails and messages exchanged during a consulting engagement.
- Research data — publicly available market data, industry signals, and aggregated advertising intelligence sourced from third-party platforms including the Google Ads API, used solely for market research and competitive analysis deliverables provided to clients. We do not store end-user personal data obtained via advertising APIs.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver consulting services.

- To conduct AI-assisted market research and generate intelligence reports for clients, using aggregated and anonymised data only.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To contact you about relevant services where you have given consent or where we have a legitimate interest.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling:
- Google Ads APIused to retrieve aggregated advertising intelligence (keyword trends, market competition data, cost-per-click benchmarks) for market research purposes. No personal advertising data is stored or shared.
- Vercelwebsite hosting and deployment. Servers located in the EU where possible.
- Supabasedatabase infrastructure for service operations, hosted on AWS EU regions.
- Resendtransactional email delivery for contact form responses and notifications.
- Perplexity AI / OpenRouterAI language model services used for research automation. Queries do not include personal data.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years to support ongoing client relationships. Usage analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. Research data is retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 1 year afterward for quality assurance purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
